Terms of Service

These terms apply to the NukaTools apps (Lexter, Polly, Razzy, Viggo and Theo), the website nukatools.app and every purchase of a Lexter license. By downloading, using or buying an app you agree to them.

1. Who we are

NukaTools is run by Grigorii Iakovlev, an individual developer based in Serbia (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@nukatools.app.

2. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, collects sales tax or VAT, and handles payment questions and returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps on the Macs you personally use. You may not resell, rent, share or publish your license key, and you may not reverse engineer the license check or remove it.

Lexter can be used for free within the limits of its Free tier. A Standard or Pro license unlocks the features listed on the pricing page for as long as the license is valid.

4. Yearly plans

A yearly plan renews automatically at the end of each year at the price then in force, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to us; you keep the paid features until the end of the year you paid for. We will tell you before a price change applies to your renewal.

5. One-time purchases

A one-time (lifetime) license has no expiry and includes free updates of Lexter. If we ever sell a future major version separately, the version you own keeps working under these terms.

6. Free apps

Polly, Razzy, Viggo and Theo are free. Theo is an independent player for YouTube Music and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google or YouTube; you use YouTube Music under Google’s own terms with your own account.

7. AI results

Lexter’s translations and text improvements are produced by AI models running on your Mac and may contain mistakes. Check important texts before you rely on them. You keep all rights to the texts you write and translate; we never receive them.

8. Third-party models and components

The AI models Lexter downloads (for example from Hugging Face) are made by third parties and come with their own licenses, which Lexter shows before the download. Open-source components inside the apps are used under their licenses, whose texts ship with the apps.

9. Refunds

See the refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. No warranty

The apps are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that they will be error-free or fit a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the license

If you break these terms, for example by sharing a license key publicly, we may revoke the license. You may stop using the apps at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
