Privacy Policy

NukaTools apps are built to keep your work on your own Mac. This policy explains the little data that does leave it, and why.

Your texts and keystrokes stay on your Mac

• Lexter translates and improves text with an AI model running on your Mac, or with Apple’s on-device Translation framework. The texts are never sent to us or to anyone else.
• Polly reads key presses only to spot a word typed on the wrong keyboard layout. Nothing is stored or sent.
• Razzy and Viggo work only with the files you open, on your Mac.
• Theo shows YouTube Music; what you do there is between you and Google, under Google’s privacy policy.

The apps contain no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

What does go over the network

• Update checks. Once a day the apps fetch a small update file from nukatools.app and, if there is an update, download it from GitHub. These servers see your IP address and the app and macOS version, as with any download.
• AI models. Lexter downloads the models you choose from Hugging Face, which sees your IP address.
• License activation. When you enter a license, Lexter sends the license key or order number and the purchase email to our license server, which checks it with Paddle. We use this only to confirm and restore your license.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, under Paddle’s privacy policy. We never see your card details. Paddle shares with us your name, email address, country and order details, which we keep to provide your license, answer support requests and meet tax and accounting duties.

This website

nukatools.app sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation. Downloads are served by GitHub.

Emails

If you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

How long we keep data

Order and license records are kept for as long as the license exists and then for the period tax law requires. Support emails are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and take it with you. Write to support@nukatools.app. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection).

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
