Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Lexter. If you are not, you can get your money back.

30 days, no questions asked

Within 30 days of any purchase, including the automatic renewal of a yearly plan, you can ask for a full refund. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or find your order at paddle.net; or
• write to support@nukatools.app with the email address you bought with.

Refunds are made by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

The license is deactivated and Lexter returns to its Free tier. Your settings and downloaded models stay on your Mac.

Cancelling a yearly plan

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep the paid features until the end of the year you paid for; if you cancel within 30 days of a payment, you can also ask for that payment back.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.
